Usually 1-2 colours. Creates a long lasting finish. The artwork will be flush with the garment.
DTG (DIRECT TO GARMENT)
Direct-to-garment printing is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. Ability to use multiple colours and gradients.
WHY WE DO IT
Every minute that passes, a million plastic bottles are sold. Most end up in landfills, incinerators and worst of all, in our oceans. Each AWAVE garment takes plastic out of circulation and puts profits back into cleaning our oceans.
It won't fix the problem overnight, but it will show the way, and be part of a change we all want to see.

WHO ARE WE
“We both grew up by the coast on the north side of Dublin. We started Awave in the middle of the pandemic. There was a lot of bad news at the time, and we wanted to do something positive. We both live in activewear but we couldn’t find any brands that were producing without doing damage.
Some were heading towards sustainability, but we wanted to go way beyond that. To be regenerative.”
